U.S. Proposes Adjustments to North and South Atlantic Swordfish Quotas for 2010 Fishing Year

The U.S. government has proposed a rule to adjust the North and South Atlantic swordfish quotas for the 2010 fishing year, taking into account the underharvest in 2009 and implementing ICCAT recommendations to maintain the U.S. allocation of the international total allowable catch.
