Endangered and Threatened Species; Take of Anadromous Fish

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced the availability of a public comment period for a proposed five-year direct take permit for anadromous fish by the Nisqually Indian Tribe, in accordance with the Endangered Species Act of 1973. The public can review and submit comments on the permit application, which will become part of the public record.
