NOAA Issues Permit for Marine Mammal Research in North Pacific Ocean
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has granted a permit to conduct research on marine mammals in the North Pacific Ocean, with the research to be led by Ned Cyr, Director of the NOAA Office of Science and Technology.
