NOAA Re-Opens B-WET Hawaii Program Grant Solicitation Period

NOAA has corrected an error in the original solicitation period for the Fiscal Year 2011 Bay Watershed Education and Training (B-WET) Hawaii Program, re-opening the full proposal solicitation period until September 15, 2010, after initially announcing an incorrect due date of August 2, 2010.
