Fresh Tomatoes From Mexico: Intent To Terminate Suspension Agreement, Rescind an Administrative Review, and Issue an Antidumping Duty Order

The U.S. Department of Commerce intends to terminate the 2019 Suspension Agreement on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico, rescind an administrative review, and institute an antidumping duty order, following the completion of the underlying investigation on October 25, 2019.
