Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From Taiwan: Preliminary Results of Changed Circumstances Review, and Intent To Revoke the Antidumping Order, in Part

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily intends to revoke, in part, the antidumping duty order on certain small, low-wattage, off-grid crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from Taiwan, inviting interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
