Medicare Program; Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Prospective Payment System for Federal Fiscal Year 2025 and Updates to the IRF Quality Reporting Program

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services proposes updates to the prospective payment rates for inpatient rehabilitation facilities for Federal fiscal year 2025, including changes to the Office of Management and Budget market area delineations and a 3-year phase-out of the rural adjustment.
