The U.S. Department of Commerce has published the final results of a changed circumstances review of the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber from Canada, finding Interfor Corporation, EACOM Timber Corporation, Chaleur Forest Products Inc., and Chaleur Forest Products LP to be cross-owned entities.
