NOAA Approves Framework Adjustment 66 to Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has approved and implemented Framework Adjustment 66 to the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan, setting catch limits for 8 of 20 multispecies stocks and making other modifications to the fishery.
