FINRA Approves Rule Change to Repeal NASD and NYSE Rules, Incorporate into Consolidated Rulebook

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to repeal NASD rules 2760 and 2780, and NYSE rules 2B and 411, as part of the development of the Consolidated FINRA Rulebook.
