NMFS Proposes Regulations for Framework Adjustment 16 to Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Fishery Management Plan
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes regulations to implement Framework Adjustment 16, developed by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council, to restrict future increases in the Illex squid fishery capacity and improve catch information for stock assessments.
