Certain Glass Wine Bottles From Chile: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain glass wine bottles from Chile are being sold at less than fair value, with a period of investigation from October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023.
