FINRA Approves Rule Change for Borrowing and Lending to Customers

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to adopt FINRA Rule 3240, which governs borrowing and lending to customers, in the Consolidated FINRA Rulebook.
