U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Opens Public Comment Period for Scarlet Macaw Listing Determination

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comments on their listing determination under the Endangered Species Act for the northern distinct population segment of the southern subspecies of the scarlet macaw.
