FMCSA Announces Exemption Application from Covenant Transport Inc. and Landair Transport Inc.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has received an application from Covenant Transport Inc. and Landair Transport Inc. to exempt CLP holders who have passed the CDL skills test from accompanying a CDL holder in the passenger seat while driving a Covenant Logistics' CMV.
