Caribbean Fishery Management Council Submits Amendment 3 for Review and Approval

The Caribbean Fishery Management Council has submitted Amendment 3 to the Fishery Management Plans for Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and St. Thomas and St. John, which aims to establish new management measures for dolphinfish and wahoo in U.S. Caribbean Federal waters to prevent overfishing.
