Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Changed Circumstances Reviews

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Borusan Birlik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in the context of countervailing duty orders on various steel products from the Republic of Türkiye, and invites interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
