Bravo Capital is now financing build-to-rent communities under new guidance from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The new guidance, HUD Mortgagee Letter 2026-12, opens the 221(d)(4) and 223(f) programs to detached single-family homes, duplexes, and triplexes.
