Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc., Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-700-2A12 airplanes to address reports of missing or under-torqued fasteners on the slat 2 cove rib 6 brackets.
