The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of certain oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Turkey during January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. Commerce is also rescinding this review, in part, with respect to 10 companies.
