Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Renewal Collection and Request for Comment; Confidential Business Information Claims Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on the proposed renewal of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR) for Confidential Business Information Claims under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), with a current approval through August 31, 2026.
