NMFS Approves Framework Adjustment 16 to Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Fishery Management Plan
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has approved Framework Adjustment 16 to the Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Fishery Management Plan, developed by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council to restrict future capacity increases and improve catch data accuracy.
