Implementation of Additional Export Controls Against Russia and Belarus Under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR); and Clarifications

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has implemented additional export controls against Russia and Belarus under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), expanding the scope of industry sector sanctions and adjusting exclusions, exceptions, and licensing policy for exports to certain government components in Russia and Belarus.
