Quarterly Reports of Positive Train Control System Performance

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has determined it is in the public interest for railroads to continue submitting quarterly reports of their positive train control (PTC) systems' performance, as required by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and approved by the Office of Management and Budget through March 31, 2027.
