SEC Approves Plan for EDGX Exchange Regulatory Responsibilities

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a plan to allocate regulatory responsibilities between the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and EDGX Exchange, Inc., as outlined in Rule 17d-2.
