Department of Commerce Invites Public Comment on CHIPS Pre-Application Information Collection

The Department of Commerce invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on the proposed CHIPS pre-application information collection, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
