NYSE Arca Designates Longer Period for Commission Action on Proposed Rule Change

NYSE Arca, Inc. has designated a longer period for the Securities and Exchange Commission to take action on a proposed rule change to amend Rule 5.3-O and permit the listing and trading of options on commodity-based trust shares.
