PHMSA Extends Comment Period for Hazardous Materials Rulemaking

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is extending the comment period for the 'Hazardous Materials: Adoption of Miscellaneous Petitions and Updating Regulatory Requirements (HM-219D)' rulemaking by 45 days, with comments now due by June 16, 2023, in response to a request from Worthington Industries.
