Southwestern Power Administration Proposes Update to Peaking Energy Schedule Submission Time

The Southwestern Power Administration is proposing to update the Peaking Energy Schedule Submission Time in its existing Integrated System Wholesale Rates for Hydro Peaking Power (P-13A) Rate Schedule to provide more flexibility and better align with regional energy market considerations.
