NMFS Reopens Public Comment Period for Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act Regulations

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is reopening the public comment period for 15 days on proposed regulations for the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act, allowing more time for submittal of public comments.
