U.S. Coast Guard Releases Maritime Security Directive 104-6 (Rev 2 and 3) for High-Risk Waters

The U.S. Coast Guard has released Maritime Security Directive 104-6 (Rev 2 and 3), which provides anti-piracy guidance and measures for U.S. flagged vessels operating in high-risk waters, particularly around the Horn of Africa.
