Certain Quartz Surface Products From India: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Preliminary Determination of No Shipments and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited and Marudhar Rocks International Pvt. Ltd./Marudhar Quartz Surface Private Limited did not sell certain quartz surface products from India at less than normal value during June 2021 through May 31, 2022, and one company had no shipments.
