EPA to Update Toxics Release Inventory with PFAS Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the Toxics Release Inventory to include seven per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) that must be reported, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020, enacted on December 20, 2019.
