Final Rule on Administrative Process for Seizures and Forfeitures Under the Immigration and Nationality Act and Other Authorities

The Department of Homeland Security has finalized a rule updating asset seizure and forfeiture procedures for customs and immigration purposes, allowing petitioners to seek remission of seized property before the completion of the forfeiture process.
