Coast Guard and EPA Temporarily Suspend Oil Spill Response Time Requirements for Deepwater Horizon Response

The US Coast Guard and Environmental Protection Agency have temporarily suspended certain oil spill response time requirements and identification and location requirements for facilities and vessels supporting the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response, allowing them to relocate resources to the Gulf of Mexico to aid in the response efforts.
