U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Changes to Chronic Beryllium Disease Prevention Program

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has proposed changes to its Chronic Beryllium Disease Prevention Program, including a new action level and permissible exposure limit for beryllium exposure, in response to comments received on a proposed rulemaking notice published in 2016.
