U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Comprehensive Conservation Plan for Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and Bear River Watershed Conservation Area
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service plans to gather information for a comprehensive conservation plan for two conservation areas in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
