Hamilton Lane Private Assets Fund Acquires Majority Stake in Cyberark Software Ltd.

Hamilton Lane Private Assets Fund and its affiliates have agreed to acquire a majority stake in a leading provider of cloud-based cybersecurity solutions, Cyberark Software Ltd. (CYBR), for approximately $10.2 billion, with the deal expected to close in the first half of 2024.
