US Postal Service Discontinues Priority Mail Express and Open Services

The US Postal Service is discontinuing the mailing of parcels with Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail Open and Distribute service, effective immediately, as part of an update to the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual.
