OSM Approves West Virginia Regulatory Program Amendments

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has tentatively approved revisions to the West Virginia Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Act, with the provisions now becoming final after a June 29, 2011, interim rule.
