EPA Approves Synthetic Minor Permit Program in District of Columbia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) for the District of Columbia (DC), enabling the creation of federally enforceable synthetic minor permit conditions for sources of criteria pollutants.
