EPA Grants U.S. Ecology Nevada, Inc. Variance for High Mercury Waste Disposal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a site-specific treatability variance to U.S. Ecology Nevada, Inc. for land disposal of high mercury waste, allowing the company to treat and dispose of the waste subject to specified conditions at two facilities.
