EPA Proposes Federal Plan for Existing Other Solid Waste Incineration Units

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a Federal plan to implement revised emission guidelines for existing other solid waste incineration units that commenced construction before August 31, 2020, and have not been modified or reconstructed after August 29, 2025.
