Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for SS WRIGHT

The US Coast Guard has set up a 100-yard radius safety zone around the SS WRIGHT and towing vessels at Charleston Harbor to protect personnel and the environment from potential hazards during the ship's relocation to Detyens Shipyard.
