EPA Proposes Approval of Pennsylvania's RACT Plan for VOC Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve four state implementation plan revisions submitted by Pennsylvania to address reasonably available control technology requirements for volatile organic compounds under the 2008 and 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards.
