OPM to Remove References to UGESP from Federal Personnel Regulations

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing an interim final rule to remove references to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures from Federal civil service regulations, following a Department of Justice opinion finding the UGESP unlawful.
