EPA Proposes Partial Approval and Disapproval of Arizona's Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove a revision to Arizona's State implementation plan for the 2012 fine particulate matter national ambient air quality standard. The plan addresses prevention of significant deterioration requirements in some jurisdictions.
