Merit Systems Protection Board Amends Regulations to Remove Jurisdiction Over Certain Appeals

The Merit Systems Protection Board is updating its regulations to align with the Office of Personnel Management's rescission of its jurisdiction over probationary termination, suitability, and reduction-in-force appeals, while retaining jurisdiction over Foreign Service reduction-in-force appeals.
