SEC Grants Temporary Relief to 24X National Exchange LLC for Overnight Trading

The SEC has granted temporary conditional exemptive relief to 24X National Exchange LLC, allowing for overnight trading subject to certain conditions, effective January 24, 2027, until the earlier of July 2, 2027 or the implementation of the Extended Hours Amendments.
