Coast Guard Proposes 48-Hour Time Limit for Galveston Harbor Anchorage Area

The US Coast Guard is proposing to set a 48-hour time limit for anchoring in the East area of the Galveston Harbor, aligning it with existing time limits for other areas of the Bolivar Anchorage grounds.
